YOUR ALUMNI ADVISOR BOARD

Leads the Alumni Advisory Board with a focus on vision, collaboration, and community impact. Serves as the primary spokesperson, guiding board initiatives and fostering strong connections between alumni and the organization.

Supports the President in leading the Alumni Advisory Board and ensuring its mission and goals are met. Oversees key projects, assists in strategic planning, and steps in to lead meetings or initiatives when the President is unavailable. Works closely with board members to strengthen alumni engagement and program success.

Manages the Alumni Advisory Board’s finances, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with budget goals. Oversees financial planning, reporting, and recordkeeping, while supporting fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Works with the board to ensure resources are used effectively to benefit alumni programs.

Maintains the official records of the Alumni Advisory Board, including meeting minutes, agendas, and correspondence. Ensures timely communication among members, organizes documentation, and supports the smooth flow of board operations. Plays a key role in keeping the board organized and informed.
